What We Do
In our personal and professional lives we make decisions about only three things: (1) how to resolve problems; (2) how to mitigate risks; and, (3) how to capture opportunities. That’s “P” for problems, “R” for risks, and “O” for opportunities, which gives us the acronym “PRO”. Whether you’re the CEO, the CFO, the VP of Operations, or a project manager, you have a portfolio of problems, risks, and opportunities. And the recurring question you have is “At this point in time, which of these problems, risks, and opportunities should I invest my time and resources, based on creating or protecting the most value?” We call this the PRO Dilemma.
